A LITTLE SUMMER FUN

A little summer fun

The IPKat has just been reminded of one of the summer's fun events. Called Extreme IP: Stretching the Boundaries, it's the Hogarth Chambers annual summer seminar. Now in its 7th year, this event takes place in the afternoon of Thursday 13 July 2006 at the Royal College of Surgeons, London.

The topics covered include
* Resale Right;
* The Scope of Copyright Protection: the Boundaries of the Ideas/Expression Dichotomy;
* Extreme Defences: Non-IP Defences to IP Actions;
* Olympic Protection and Extreme Trade Marks;
* An Inventor’s Perspective (Mandy Haberman, Inventor of The Anywayup Cup).
