On 20 July the IPKat announced the forthcoming meeting of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA) on 14 September, this being a Panel Discussion on Law and Policy behind Technological Protection Measures, chaired by the IPKat's good friend Dr Uma Suthersanen.
