Following its recent transformation from partnership to limited company, CPA has spared no effort to upgrade its quarterly magazine, IP Review, which is available free to anyone who wants an enjoyably pleasant bit of intellectual property reading matter. Cover girl is Paula Nelson, Nestlé General Counsel and a woman with a large responsibility for a valuable and sometimes controversial brand portfolio: she has some constructive views on letting IP personnel crawl out from under the desks so that they can mesh in with marketing and R&D folk.
