BROWSING THROUGH BLOGLAND

Browsing through Blogland

Although the IPKat spends a lot of his time online, liaising with (among others) his fellow bloggers, every so often he finds a blog that he feels he really ought to have known about earlier.

The Counterfeit Blog

Despite its name, this blog is not a fake - it's the real thing. Published by Miami, Florida attorney Leora Herrmann (Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin), the blog posts information about recent counterfeit episodes, principally in, but not limited to, the United States. The IPKat, who suspects that this blog has huge growth potential, wishes Leora the best of luck. If you want to contact her, you can email her here.

Lvcentinvs - Blog de la Asociación de antiguos alumnos del Magister Lvcentinvs

Although this blog is in Spanish, it breaks into English from time to time. This is how the IPKat knows that the Spanish for blog is 'blog'. The blog also features posts with delicious titles like Whole lotta shakin' goin' on antes de irnos de puentes. Masterminded by Aurelio Lopez-Tarruella Martinez, this blog is an effective noticeboard for alumni of the University of Alicante's intellectual property masters programme. So, if you've passed through the Alicante IP programme, or if you're just Spanish-speaking and love IP - or even if you just want to reassure yourself that IP is not the exclusive domain of the anglophone community, this is the site for you.

Infringing Actions

The IPKat is wondering whatever happened to Kelly Talcott's blog, Infringing Actions. It used to live here but it may have migrated, transmuted or closed. If anyone out there knows, can you just post a brief comment below?
