These include X and Y references cited by an examiner in a jurisdiction outside of Israel, as well as any other references the applicant wishes to submit to the Examiner. In addition all sequence listings must be submitted to the Israel Patent Office on a CD ROM.

So, if you have many dealings with the Israeli Patent Office, do remember to order lots of blank CD-ROMs.
