EU IP action against 5 Member States
The IPKat has come across a puzzling story from last week on Forbes. It reports that the European Commission has brought an action before the ECJ against France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal and Sweden following those countries' failure to implement 'a European directive on intellectual property rights in the internal market.'
