Now the Kat is a million ....!

Some time last night, while the IPKat was asleep, this weblog received its one millionth visit. The IPKat weblog began in 2003 and -- thanks to the support and encouragement of its readers -- has been able to maintain steady and continued growth over the past five years. He, Merpel and Tufty would like to thank all their readers for their support. Further thanks go to the judges, lawyers, legislators, litigators and creative people whose interaction has made this possible.

To mark this event, IPKat co-founder Jeremy invites anyone who happens to be available to join him for a drink on Tuesday 23 September at the Grange City Hotel, London where he will be enjoying a little light refreshment in the Isis Bar and Lounge from 5.30 to 7.45pm after the Third Annual Intellectual Property Law and the Fashion Industry conference which is being held there.
