Aspect introduces Aspect Education Services Program in India
Aspect has launched a new training program for Customers and Channel Partners. The newly launched programme is designed to accommodate the growing demand of Unified Communications (UC) Applications training from BPO and Enterprise segment. That apart, it will also offer tailor made and standard classroom options to leverage UC Applications for enhancing performance in Customer Service, Collections and Sales & Telemarketing business processes.
"According to NASSCOM, IT-BPO space is expected to cross $76billion in FY11 alone. Clearly effective, appropriate and timely education of key stakeholders becomes critical to the success of any contact center technology investment.
