Trend Micro Reward Program for its Sales Force
Trend Micro Incorporated has launched "Trend Reward Program" on its Small Business (SB) solution - Worry Free Business Security line. Trend Micro has rolled out this scheme, particularly targeting the partners' salespersons. The scheme, which is valid till 23rd June, 2011, is applicable on all products (paper licences) sold from 10 to 100 user range.
"We have been rolling out various schemes to reiterate our commitment to our channel partners and also to acknowledge their contribution towards the growth of our business in India. Like our partners, their sales force has also been playing a pivotal role in our growth. This particular program is targeted at recognizing and rewarding the efforts of the sales force of our SB partners' across the country," informed Sanjay Singh, Head - Value & Volume, Channel Sales, India & SAARC, Trend Micro.
Under the Trend Reward Program, channel salespersons can earn incentives up to Rs.12,000/- in a single deal of 100 users as Trend Micro offers additional fixed incentive for displacing competition in the customer account. Trend Micro has fixed three slabs for competition upgrade: Rs.1,000/- for 10-25 user range; Rs.1,500/- for 26-50 user range and Rs.2,000/- for 51-100 user range. However, in order to avail the competition upgrade offer one has to submit the valid existing licence copy. The sales person may earn Rs.10,000 /- by selling Trend Micro solutions to a new/fresh account of 100 users.
Trend Micro has charted out a plan to aggressively focus on its volume business in 2011 and is working closely with its channel partners and their sales team to further strengthen its leadership position in the SB space.
