Dell launches Empower Program to support Channel Partners
Dell has announced the Dell Empower program, a two-fold incentive programme for the channel partners. This one-of-a-kind channel program is aimed to provide differentiated experience to the customers and helps create opportunities for enhancing benefits to channel partners.
As part of the Empower Program, the channel partner whether from Dell's retail or reseller network will add value to the customer experience by providing a complete demonstration of the product, highlighting and explaining key product features and also make an accurate and complete record of the end-customers' information, as provided by the customers. This data is then thoroughly verified and fed into the Dell systems to update the warranty in the name of the end-customer. The Empower Program recognizes the effort of the Dell channel partner in collating valid customer information, through a fixed incentive for every completed document uploaded by the channel partner on the Empower tool.

The benefit to the channel partners is the incentive given on every form uploaded onto the Empower tool. The customer has a smooth operating experience from the very beginning, as all initial set-up tasks can be completed by the channel partner. The demonstration given to the end-customer by the channel partners ensures that any product issues are recognized and taken care at the retail counter itself."
