InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) has launched an integrated solution for managing crew travel. The solution is focused towards suppliers of travel like airlines, railways and cruises.
Traditionally considered as a non-revenue part of the travel, crew travel plays an important role in ensuring operating efficiency for airlines, rail and cruise companies. CTMC currently supports over 20000 crew members through a multi-channel support center that includes phone, email, mobile and social media.
