PayPal to offer 200 new jobs in Dublin

PayPal is to offer a further 200 jobs in Dublin in a new wave of recruitment that follows the addition of 150 new roles at the Blanchardstown facility earlier this year. The firm says the new roles will support its fast growing European business which contributed to PayPal achieving its first ever $1 billion revenue quarter in Q2 2011. The company is opening permanent positions in customer service, risk operations, financial operations, sales and account management for individuals fluent in English and a second European language.

Louise Phelan, VP for global customer services & Emea merchant services, PayPal European operations, said, "PayPal has grown substantially in Ireland since it began here in 2003 and this is the second new jobs announcement we've had this year alone."
