Maxx Mobiles expands its operations in Bangladesh
MAXX Mobiles has announced its plan to strengthen its international presence by expanding its operations in Bangladesh. As part of this effort, MAXX will initially launch 12 new handsets aimed at consumers across all segments, with a special focus on youth. MyOne Technology Limited has been appointed a national distributor for the Bangladesh market to manage the marketing and sales of MAXX Mobiles' handsets. Shajahan Khan, Minister of Transport, was present at the launch function of MAXX Mobiles.
Ajjay Agarwal, Chairman & MD, MAXX Group said, "The market in Bangladesh is as dynamic as the market in India with a clear demand for good quality contemporary handsets at reasonable prices. We intend to design more phones in the near future based on feedback from our Bangla users and we will aim to grab substantial amount of market share."
In Bangladesh, MAXX will provide handsets from touch screen to QWERTY to BAR, equipped with multimedia & social networking features customized to suit the Bangladesh audiences. To help users have noise-free conversations, MAXX has launched its noise suppression feature phone, MX401. Users who prefer to use small handsets can enjoy this with the MAXX Tiny MX372. For women who consider the phone as a style statement, the MAXX VISTA MS502, a slider phone that sports a stylish exterior. For touch phone enthusiasts, the MAXX SCOPE MT150 and MT250 enable a touch phone experience at a value for money price. The MAXX GLO MX388 will aim to provide gamers a phone that can help connect with people but more importantly play on the go.
All the handsets will be made available with either 2GB or 4GB memory card preloaded with Indian & Bangladesh music. MAXX Mobiles plans to launch 6 models in the consecutive month.
