SAP Supervisory Board Extends tenure of Dr. Vishal Sikka

SAP AG has announced that its supervisory board has voted to extend the tenure of Dr. Vishal Sikka as Executive Board member of SAP AG through December 31, 2017. Sikka agreed to the extension of his tenure.
