Battlefield 3 (commonly abbreviated to BF3) is a video game by the Swedish developer Digital Illusions aka DICE. Battlefield 3 is published by Electronic Arts and is the fourth full game in the Battlefield series. Players fight in a modern battlefield, using modern weapon systems. Battlefield 3 is a first-person shooter with some strategy and RPG elements.
