How to install ownCloud on Ubuntu 13.04 server

COMMANDS

ownCloud is a free and open-source web application for data synchronization, file sharing, and cloud storage.
ownCloud is written in the PHP and JavaScript scripting languages. For change management, it employs SabreDAV, an open-source WebDAV server. ownCloud is designed to work with several database management systems, includingSQLite, MariaDB, MySQL, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL.
Frank Karlitschek, a KDE software developer, started developing ownCloud in January 2010, in order to provide a free software alternative to for-profit storage service providers. In contrast to commercial storage services, ownCloud can be installed on a private server at no additional cost.
