Intex makes "After-Sales Support" better in India

Continuing with its commitment of providing after-sales support to the growing customer base, Intex Technologies has announced the opening of its new service centre in Nehru Place market which is the IT hub of Delhi.
With an addition to its strong network of more than 640 directly owned service points and 1,300 touch points across the country, the new service centre of Intex is spread over 1,200-sq. ft. area and will provide support for Intex products. With strength of 12 trained technical support staff, the centre will provide timely service to its customers. The state-of-the-art facility will function from 11 am to 5 pm to mitigate customer's problems and provide feedback on services. The service centre will also house the key products from all the verticals which will be for display.
With this initiative, the company is planning to open 10 service point based on the same model by 2014 March in order to strengthen its support infrastructure.......See More
