Universities, US Army Found $50 Million Cyber Research Project

Researchers from a swath of universities have joined with the Army Research Laboratory for a nearly $50 million collaborative research alliance aimed at developing what it calls “a new science” for making security-relevant decisions in cyberspace – without human decision-making.
