[Solved] Virtual Box The device cannot start (code 10)

Working Solution Install the Virtual box Extension Pack from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads or from http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.3.10 After installing it, close the virtual machine, go to the USB setting for that guest and tick (enable) the USB 2.0 box Start the guest and connect your device, now everything should be fine :)
