How to Successfully Contact Ryanair for free
You should use this link but for me that link was not recognizing the flight number (??) so I went to http://frd.ie/help and chose "complaints" in the contact reason option
In the text field I started mentioning that mine was not just a complaint but a request of refund and that the link https://refundclaims.ryanair.com/ was not recognizing my flight number. This attempt was successful as Ryanair replied:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Ryanair.

In relation to your recent correspondence we inform you that we have
forwarded your correspondence to our Head Office that will reply in the
next approximately 10 to 14 working days.
