uk man arrested for using proxy server

a 20 years old uk man  has been arrested by the police for using proxy server to access blocked websites,as the blocked website which he had visited was blocked by court for accessing,since by using proxy server he could get access on the some blocked websites.this young  man used server immunicity which was launched last year for accessing court blocked websites or content,now if user try to access immunicity users see message stating

"You have tried to access a website that is under criminal investigation by the UK"
the uk man after questions,is now released on bail.

wired also gave his thoughts on take down
