Firstly you need to create a APN setting in your mobile.

Create new settings

Name- MONEYAREA4ALL

Apn - airtelgprs.com

Proxy - server4.operamini.com

Port - 80

now save the setting.
Now download Operamini Handler and
Install opera mini handler in your mobile.

Open opera handler.

Now

In Proxy Type- Http

Proxyserver- 203.115.112.5

and leave other field blank
and now save.
