A security researcher namely ahmad hassanat from university of Jordan has created a automatic system of lip reading which has ability to understand your lip reading i.e it will understand all what you are saying,
according developer of this system ahmad hassanat claims that the success rate of this lip reading system is 76 % and in the case of women lip reading the success rate is more higher because in men it is hard to read lip reading because of the presence of beard and mustache which make difficult for the automatic lip reading system.
of course this automatic lip reading system will help surveillance agency like n.s.a OR other agencies.this automatic lip reading system will help them alot in spying or with other security issues.
