Ubuntu 14.04 Daily Build Is Available for Download
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS might seem very far away for the people who are waiting fervently the long-term support version, but a very primitive build is already available.
The development of Ubuntu 14.04 has started for some time now, pretty much a week after the launch of Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander). Canonical developers also made an ISO available to anyone who is willing to try the bleeding edge version.
So far, there isn't much to talk about. The distribution looks pretty much the same like Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) so far, but things are about to change in the near future.
One of the interesting things about the 14.04 release is that it feels quite stable, despite its being a development version. Canonical hasn't even hit the Alpha milestone, but that should not stop you from downloading the distribution.
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) will be released on April 17, 2014. Please stay tuned on our website as we will report any movement from Canonical and the development process of the Ubuntu 14.04 operating system.
