Lubuntu: IN THE ISO WITH LXQT 

The Lubuntu developers have released a new version of the ISO 14:10 Utopic Unicorn with LXQt preinstalled.

The development of LXQt is leading the interest of many users and developers including also the developer Lubuntu which, however, have decided (for now) to remain faithful to LXDE. LXQt desktop environment is currently still under development, which includes several bugs still to be resolved as well as improvements to include.
Currently you can install and test LXQt in Lubuntu thanks to Lubuntu PPA-dev, also available from a few days is also a new ISO with the version included in development of the new desktop environment based on Qt.

This was announced by the developer Julien Lavergne with a recent mailing list, indicating that the new ISO Lubuntu 14:10 Utopic Unicorn with LXQt was created primarily to test the new desktop environment and includes several bug could still be resolved.
With Lubuntu LXQt widen versions of Ubuntu desktop environment in development, following the ISO with Unity 8 and Mir and Plasma 5, users and developers can test the new desktop environment based on Qt.
