Facebook and linkedin will prefer to recurit females now

Recently Facebook and LinkedIn decided to develop programs which will help them in recruiting the females in their company i.e FACEBOOK and LINKEDIN .according to Facebook "we have 15% females of tech employees while as LinkedIn has 17% female tech employees.These programs will be run by Facebook and LinkedIn in the colleges ,universities across the globe.With the help of these programs there will be growth in female staff growth in the tech companies.When the growth of female staff will increase it will  inspire the other females to study computer science.Since yet Facebook and LinkedIn didn't tell about the investment they are going to make in this program.computer science has become male dominated field...
