Apple suffered a huge lost due to the outage of their apps store,itune ,ibooks shops and other services.Users of apple gadgets got frustrated because they couldn’t do work on their phones or desktop.This outage of the itunes ,app store was restored after 11 hours and for 4 hours users couldn’t access the email and other documents saved on the apple’ icloud facility.The cause of behind this outage was found on their DNS(Domain name system).The outage of app store and other service begin from 9:00 GMT to 20:00 GMT This outage also affects other service of apple.after 11 hours apple sort it out the issue and apologies the users of the internet
