You just need to follow these steps to increase RAM of your android device .
what is the Requirements to increase ram in Android Smart Phone ?
1) SD Card of Class 4 or Higher.
2) Rooted Android Smart Phone or tablet.
3 ) computer (window pc)
4) A good quality of SD Card Reader
5) last is some Software required .

process :
Step 1: ) first of all you need to check whether your Android phone support swapping feature or not for testing you need to install this testing app MemoryInfo & Swapfile

Step 2:) after testing you need to install ' mini tool partition wizars ' in your pc for partitioning your SD Card.You can download mini partition tool from here
step:3) Now Connect your SD Card to your PC. You can use Card Reader for this.
step:4) after that ,simply open Mini Tool Application in your pc and click on your SD card and Select the Delete Option. This action will Format your sd Card and now you have an unallocated space
step:5) Now this is time for partitioning your sd card for this Make partition by right clicking on your SD card. Select the partition as primary and file system as FAT 32 for card more than 4GB.
step:6) you need to Leave about 1 GB memory for next partition.
step:7) Then select done and again click on make partition option select primary partition but change the file system to EXT2, EXT3 or EXT4.
step:8) now you press apply changes button and after processing for few minutes your partition is completed.
Step 9:) after doing all above steps you need to Root Your Android Device for this you need to Download and install Link2SD app from google play store. Launch this app and give root permission. Now Chose the .ext partition that we made earlier.Sorts the app and start linking them.
Step 10:) this is time to Increasing RAM of your Android Device For this you need to Download

step:11) simply Launch the swapper app and select the amount of RAM you what ever you want to increase. ( see bellow picture)
step:12) when you select size , This app will create a .swp file and it will increase the RAM of your Android Device.
step:13) you have done sucessfully ! This time to Check for your Ram Size of your device. It must have increased by the amount you selected.
