More Bug Fixes

There has been another progress for -current today and some of them are bug fixes from user reports in LQ. Here are the recap:

• aaa_terminfo: Upgraded to 5.9
• btrfs-progs: Upgraded to 3.18.2
• cups: remove overlapped file 
• cups-filters: remove bundled files
• calligra: Upgraded to 2.9.4
• libidn: Upgraded to 1.30
• ncurses: Rebuilt using upstream patch
• qt: Upgrade WebKitComponent to use GStreamer1
• libdrm: Upgraded to 2.4.60
• mesa: Upgraded to 10.5.4
• xfwm: Revert to old xinitrc.xfce
