MTS appoints its new CTO and COO

Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL) that provides telecom services under the MTS brand has appointed Bijender Yadav as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Ashok Singh as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kolkata and West Bengal circles.
