Use EXE-P http://sourceforge.net/projects/exe-p/files/
run it from the desktop and mke sure the "file" folder is there
In main file you need to enter the file name with no path
test.php
in the PHP Source Directory you need to enter the path to test.php
c:\Users\name\Documents\Tools
When you press compile, you need to choose a location different from where your tools is running and different where your php source file is
c:\Users\name\Downloads
