Viom Networks acquired by American Tower
ATC India is also planning to acquire complete stake of SREI Group and part stake of Tata Teleservices and others. SREI Group, a private sector infrastructure equipment finance, infrastructure project finance and renewable energy product financing company is completely exiting from Viom Networks whereas Tata Teleservices is also diluting its stake.With over 42,000 towers of Viom Networks across the country and positioned as industry-best ratio of 2.4 tenants per tower.
