Blue Coat appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Blue Coat Systems has roped in Nick Noviello as New Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Noviello brings an extensive financial and operational expertise with global, publicly-traded companies. He will report directly to Greg Clark, CEO of Blue Coat, and will be responsible for leading the company’s finance, information technology (IT), human resources, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
