Avoid eating fried food, and start eating fresh fruit!

Why it matters?

There are two categories of food, foods that adversely alter your mood, and foods that boost your mood. The adversary category includes; French fries, donuts, potato chips, onion rings, and more. All of which leave you bloated and unmotivated. These foods have been proven to clog arteries and cause strokes, it’s usually in your best interest to avoid such food. In the other category, you have food such as; fruits and vegetables, that have been proven to leave you feeling energized and motivated. Fruits have been proven to reduce the risk of strokes, obesity, and heart attacks. A few super fruits that are proven to be good for you include; apples, bananas, cherries, and avocados. Make fruit your first choice when it comes to food, this is an easy way to make eating fruits a habit. Regular intake of fruits make you feel better about yourself, and will also give you more energy overall!
