Create Genesis Testimonials Slider Easily using Focus Slider

In this article I’m sharing you how to easily create full width Genesis testimonials slider section using Focus, a free WordPress slider plugin. Below are the summary of the steps we’ll be doing :
Create Testimonials custom post type.
Install Focus WordPress Slider
Add custom hooks and actions to manage slider display

Step 1 – Create Testimonials Post Type
On this tutorial, we won’t be using any CPT Plugins, but if you preferred using any; just go ahead on the next step.
Add the code below to your genesis child theme’s functions.php to create the custom post type we need.
Step 2- Install Focus WordPress Slider
Go to Plugins > Add New then search ‘focus slider’ or download the plugin manually here : https://wordpress.org/plugins/focus-slider/ then activate the plugin after installation.
Step 3- Manage Genesis Testimonials Slider Display
