IBM Security Bulletin: Potential Information Disclosure vulnerability in WebSphere Application Server affects IBM Spectrum Control (formerly Tivoli Storage Productivity Center) CVE-2016-5986
A vulnerability in IBM WebSphere Application Server affects IBM Spectrum Control and Tivoli Storage Productivity Center. IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by the improper handling of responses under certain conditions. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain server identification information. IBM Spectrum Control and Tivoli Storage Productivity Center have addressed the applicable CVE.
