This is a copycat recipe for those yummy Ferrero Rochers'. A traditional Ferrero Rocher starts with a whole roasted hazelnut that is encased in a thin wafer shell filled with hazelnut chocolate and then covered with milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
