improvised speed bag swivel
start with 3/8 eye bolt sleeve anchor take out the sleeve and golden nut drill a 10 mm hole in the middle of the platform put the bolt through the hole hold it up with two washer and a nut put a shackle the speed bag put the shackle through the eye bolt and you are done!! ...By: itamarshmellow
