Flipkart acquires eBay India, secures $1.4 billion in funding at $11.6 billion valuation
Flipkart just announced that it has acquired eBay’s India business, after report last week. It acquired Myntra back in 2014 in India’s biggest e-commerce deal and acquired Jabong last month.
