Adam Savage Makes an Animatronic C-3PO In a Single Day

What’s the natural next step after you’ve upgraded your Chewbacca costume? For Adam Savage, it was adding to the costume to make it work for a scene in The Empire Strikes Back. He loves the Wookiee and likes the part where he has to carry around a disassembled C-3PO. In a recent edition of his One Day Builds for Tested, he made an animatronic version of the protocol droid to go with Chewbacca. Watch the above video to see it come together.
