Portable Raspberry Pi Zero Arduino Programmer #piday #raspberrypi @Raspberry_Pi

Matthew Scerri shared this on Youtube!

i connected my pi zero to a small and compact 3.5 inch touchscreen lcd and powered it from a phone charger ( Although you can power it from any 5v source eg. Phone Power Bank) .

then,
i connected an arduino nano to the pi via an otg cable and installed the arduino IDE program on the pi by typing in this command in the terminal “sudo apt-get install arduino” .

it won’t install the latest version of arduino IDE but it works.

For this demonstartion i used the arduino blink example.
