Net Neutrality Day

Hey all, Net Neutrality can often be a confusing and contentious topic, however these fundamental freedoms of the Internet can not be sold off for corporate profit. If we give up on Net Neutrality then the Internet will no longer be a decentralized place of freedom but rather controlled by the gate keepers and those that grant us access, allowing them to decide what content we can see and what content we can't see at which prices. I've written about Net Neutrality in the past, it's a fight that will likely go on for a long while, but it is now more important than ever to take a stand and actively protest for Net Neutrality laws. The first comment period for new Net Neutrality legislation ends on June 17th, so the call to action today gives us 5 days to get our petitions and comments in. Comments are public domain though, so keep that in mind. Finally, there have been some amazing Net Neutrality victories up to this point, but solidarity and standing together are what are needed to keep the Internet the decentralized and free medium that it is.
