A Head to Toe Mad Max Immortan Joe Costume

Bjoern Friedetzky, known as Rebelproof on The Replica Prop Forum (RPF) boards, has almost completed his Mad Max: Fury Road Immortan Joe costume. He wanted to make it as screen accurate as he could. He said:

This was a long, very long project and I revieved lots of help help in order to get this costumes as canon as possible.
All silver parts here are actually metal, including the medals and small greeblies. This makes the armour very heavy, but it is very solid and robust.
Its not yet 100% finished and needs some adjustments and weathering…

I was especially interested to read how he made the skin boils. He painted them onto a large piece of latex and sewed that onto a long sleeve shirt. That seems much easier than having to attach them directly to skin and reapplying them every time the costume’s worn.
