Joint IPKat-BLACA event: The impact of Brexit on the UK copyright regime

Another IPKat party
IPKat and the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA) are partnering once again and organising an event devoted to discussing the potential impact of Brexit on the UK copyright regime.

Structured as a panel discussion, the seminar will feature Sir Richard Arnold (High Court Judge, Chancery Division), Nicholas Saunders (Barrister, Brick Court Chambers), Ros Lynch (Copyright and IP Enforcement Director, IPO), Ian Moss (Director Public Affairs, BPI), Tom Ohta (Senior IP lawyer, BT), and Estelle Derclaye (University of Nottingham).

I will be chairing the panel.

The event will be held at the London offices of Reed Smith, in the afternoon of Thursday, 19 October.

Attendees who are not members of BLACA will be required to pay £5 to cover refreshments.
Attendees are also encouraged to submit questions and comments for the panel. Please send by email to tomrivers@hotmail.com or e.rosati@soton.ac.uk.
