We’re Celebrating our Adafruit Team this #LaborDay – Adrian on Storage and Caring

We’re kicking off this year’s Labor Day coverage with Adrian who is a fantastic artist, teacher and counter. Adrian writes:

Greetings,

My name is Adrian. I work in the Storage Department as the New Products and Revisions Deparment liaison, and had previously been a team lead in the Gathering Department. The Storage Department is in charge of making sure every department within Adafruit recieves any requested item(s) from our backstock in a timely manner, and we make sure all our stock is as accurate as possible.

Adafruit is a very supportive, diverse company that really looks after it’s employees, and cares about individuality and the psychical/mental well-being of everyone. It cares just as much about it’s employees as it does it’s customers. This is the most fun I’ve had working with so many smart, beautiful, and talented people, including friends from past jobs and outside work, as well as newly made ones thanks to Adafruit. I never thought I’d ever be interested in coding or soldering anything, but Adafruit inspires me to do so.
