Fallout Sole Survivor Costume Is Ready for the Apocalypse

Just because you’ve already worn a costume doesn’t mean you can’t go back and make updates to improve or change it. Redditor katality put together a Fallout vault dweller jumpsuit in 2016 and made a Pip Boy to go with it. This year she worked with foam for the first time to construct a laser pistol and a pauldron to go with the costume. She says:

I had to restart the gun base three times, so it was definitely a process. It’s so funny how you think it looks weird and then the paint job really brings it to life.

Katality also decided to make her jumpsuit look like it belongs in the wasteland with some aging and weathering. She used clear spray paint and ash from the fireplace to give the jumpsuit fabric a dirty texture and appearance.
