A Thor Costume Worthy of the Gods
Rodolfo Brosch made a Thor costume for Bitte Karlsen and spared no detail in making the metallic looking armor from pink foam. He started by taking a plastic wrap mold of his friend’s head and constructing the base of Thor’s helm (which you can see below). With the pieces cut for assembly, he carved the detailed patterns into the surface before a finishing process that looks complex — he must have gone through a few layers of painting to achieve the brushed metal appearance.
