Animated candle using Adafruit Feather and Adafruit CharliePlex FeatherWing #Feather

I started with the Adafruit Fire Pendant demo and modified it
for the Feather and CharliePlex FeatherWing.

This version uses the Adafruit_IS31FL3731_Wing() library without any hacks
or “non-standard” code. To get it to fit memory a few selected frames have
been deleted.

The python convert script was modified to resize the images to 7×15. It
also produces a more “user friendly” data file, each image is formatted as a
separate rectangle with the image size and a small description.
