NVIDIA rolls out GeForce Now beta for PCs, introduces GeForce Freestyle, updated Ansel UI and more
NVIDIA at the CES 2018 event has introduced the new GeForce Freestyle; a new feature that allows you to customize your gameplay, and an updated user interface for NVIDIA Ansel. The company also announced that it is finally rolling out GeForce NOW beta. The NVIDIA GeForce Freestyle allows you to apply post-processing filters to games while you play. Right from the in-game overlay, you can change the look and mood of your game with tweaks to color or saturation, or apply dramatic post-process filters. At the time of the launch, the company has made available a total of 15 filters with 38 different settings. It also includes a new colorblind mode making it easier for colorblind gamers to differentiate between colors and a night mode that reduces the blue color. The Freestyle is integrated at the driver level for better compatibility with games and the company is rolling out the Freestyle game filters beta with support for over 100 game titles. https://youtu.be/lEi2UfAe5z4 NVIDIA has also mentioned that starting from January 10th, Fortnite Battle Royale gets ShadowPlay Highlights which automatically captures your gaming achievements in videos and screenshots.
