We’ll have one technical talk and demo (MicroPython with wings, looking at the Adafruit CircuitPython feather and wing ecosystem).
We’ll have the usual informal, fun show-and-tell sessions.
The final event will be a demo where everyone who has a micro:bit can bring one (or more) along with the firefly program installed.
This allows the micro:bits to interact like a cloud of blinking fireflies. Some of us are bringing lots of micro:bits so the result should be quite spectacular!
Everyone is welcome but if you have one or more micro:bits, please bring them and join the firefly demo. The software is described here. (The code is at the end of the article).
